New Buzzwire Game

Giant Buzzwire Game

We are publishing the first picture of a brand new games concept from Atue, this is a package consisting of a building frame for a whole range of games items available to purchase from Atue.

Enterleisure were the first clients and they have taken delivery of 2 Giant Buzzwire packages with a conversion pack for Wheel of Fortune on order and Plasma and LCD screens to follow.

Finished in Stainless Steel with Black ABS trim these new units perfectly complement both Batak Pro and Batak Lite reaction training games, look out for more additions including Giant Stopwatches and Laptop stands.

Catch Up

A few days with no updates so here goes for a marathon review of the last few days, Thursday saw the Master team back at Rabobank in London before heading to Liverpool to collect High Striker and Giant Buzzwire from Mills and Reeves at the Liverpool Echo Arena, an overnight stopover enabled them to be in Leeds for a 9am set up of another four football tables at The Foundry. Transporter 1 headed for Portsmouth to the Guild Hall to install a compact Buzzwire at the Methodist Conference there.

With the British Police closing roads left, right and centre this was a challenging day for all concerned and every one of the drivers thanked goodness for Air Con, whatever happened to the days when the Police were seen as our friends? These days we view them with trepidation and as high mileage drivers we rarely have anything to thank them for.

Sunday was a day off, the athors Birthday and a feast of sport with German triumphs all around I am afraid as England slumped out of the World Cup and Lewis and Jenson were beaten by Sebastien, still it was great to hear Fernando Alonso and Ferrari complaining about Lewis Hamilton finishing second ‘unfairly’ - Pot - Kettle - Black, come on boys, we want Jenson first and Lewis second at Silverstone.

This is a quiet week until Friday and Saturday, a great time to be taking the keys to our new industrial unit at Withington on the outskirts of Hereford - updates will follow later in the week of course.

Phew

Giant Buzzwire

A fantastic few days weather - the Master and the Transporter crews were all over the UK on Tuesday and Wednesday, thank goodness for air conditioned vans.

Tuesday began with the Transporter heading off to the Liverpool Echo Arena for an NHS Convention with High Striker, the Test Your Strength game and a Giant Buzzwire game, meanwhile the Master crew took 4 Football Tables and a 42″ HD monitor into Canary Wharf, there until Midnight they pulled the kit out at Midnight and drove through the night to be in Manchester for 6am with the four tables until 10am this morning.

Meanwhile the Transporter headed for Colmore Row in Birmingham this morning, dropped off a Giant Buzzwire game and the - like the Master headed straight back to base and to watch England beat Slovenia - here we go etc etc.

Thursday sees the 4 tables and the 42″ screen going back to Canary Wharf again - busy days for the drivers, good fun too!

Wii were there

Wedding Games Hire

Saturday night was a really busy one for the Wii Stations, the Master crew took four of our 32″ Wii Fit Stations to Hampshire for a fund raising ball and the Transporter was in Tetbury at The Great Tythe Barn for a wedding with a pair of Wii Stations, Air Hockey, Giant Jenga, Giant Four In A Line and a Football Table of course.

A roaring success wherever they go - we had difficulty getting the avid game players at either event to stop playing and go home - the Wii Stations and the Giant Games are such a success wherever they go.

What a Day

Batak Hire

Yesterday was always going to be hard pressed but luckily there were not too many traffic problems for the drivers - first van away was the Master, that travelled to Bankside in Central London for a World Cup event at the RBS HQ there - 8 Wii Stations including 4 Dance Stations, Batak Pro and 2 Football tables, with the equipment in place the master moved on Red Lion Street with another 4 Football Tables. Meanwhile Transporter 1 was en route to sunny Bournemouth to collect Giant Buzzer and Giant Four In A Line from the Unison conference at the BIC. Transporter 2 headed to Chelsea with a pair of linked Racing Simulators and the Trafic delivered yet another pair of Footie Tables to Southwark Road in the City.

Pity England couldn’t come up with the goods, all those World Cup parties, all those hopes, still if you are an England fan you should be used to it by now I suppose.

Football Crazy

Here we go, here we go as Dale heads into Southampton and Dockgate 4, Ian is at Izi in Witney, Tim at Revolution in Newport and Richard at the Living Room in Newcastle - in fact we have Football Tables spread from one end of the UK to the other.

The Transporter is at Excel collecting the Giant Buzzziwire game and Transporter 2 is at The Hiton in Gateshead with everything from Casino Tables & Giant Operation to Wii Stations - a really busy day but nothing in comparison to what awaits us tomorrow.

Champions

F1 Simulators

Whilst all of the furore dies down about poor old Rob Green and that ball we need to take our hats off to the Formula 1 Champions and not just Jenson and Lewis - if it is a Red Bull then it’s built in Britain, same for Renault and the majority of F1 teams. There is the odd exception of course but we never talk about them.

A few years ago we were lucky enough to get Jenson Button into one of our Formula 1 Simulators in the basement of a Soho Club, the Pit Girls swooned because he is such a genuinely nice man and to see him go on to become World Champion was a fantastic feeling for the whole Enterleisure team - we love Lewis too and seeing him win a superb wet race at Monaco in 2008 was a fantastic experience but we cannot help it - Jenson is our favourite.

The Hills are Alive

Milking Cow Hire

With the sound of milking!

When we were recently contacted by a lady who lives alongside Lake Geneva in Switzerland about Gertie and Millie our favourite Milking Cows the words ‘Coal’ and ‘Newcastle’ sprang to mind but with a bit of careful organising or should that be cow herding we were able to accommodate the requirement and we just received this message from our client:

“John, just to let you know that the two cows are now standing in a field in Switzerland and look absolutely perfect !
Thanks for all you efforts and cooperation.  It was a pleasure working with you.
Regards, Cathie”The Milking Cows are a favourite wherever they go and we are glad that the gals are enjoying a short vacation in Switzerland and we cannot help but wonder if they may be yodelling rather than mooing before too long.

Buzziness is Booming

With a 3m Giant Buzzer at the Unison Conference in Bournemouth for the course of this week and another in Malvern on Saturday you would think that would be enough Buzzing for one week but the Master crew delivered another to Excel yesterday and that will be there until Friday as well.

Black & White Ball

Fun Casino Hire

Fun Casino Hire Black & White is a super theme for a Summer Ball, the Transporter Team were at the BRI Food Research Centre in Chipping Campden last night with a Fun Casino comprising 2 Roulette and 2 Black Tables, the Croupiers drove in from Bristol and from Worcester and everybody loved the whole event - early on a tribute to Michael Buble was wowing the assembled guests and later a superb (very loud) Showband packed the dance floor with numbers old and new.

Meanwhile the Transit team were over in Chigwell with two Casino Tables at a private party, with a full sized Roulette Wheel, Roulette Table, 2 Croupiers and a Black Jack table.
